Agreed to her request for price inclusive of shipping. Made the effort to make arrangements to post out item asap so buyer could receive it soon. When item was not up to expectation, full refund was offered but for buyer to borne shipping fee but yet again buyer is asking for free shipping. Hopefully buyer can be more considerate. Thank you for the purchase.

After receiving the perfume, she doubted the authenticity. I already added on my bio that if buyers are in doubt then don’t purchase. But I won’t con people for a few bucks. No desperation here.Luckily i found the receipt and prior to that I already answered the question when was it bought and where. I am just displeased with the accusation and after seeing proof not even an apology.

Offended cos of some questions? Nobody is accusing u. As a seller, its normal to answer a few questions if your buyer has some doubts. I didn't give u trouble or ask for any proof. I told u already, that i will try again thus suggesting it may be my personal experience that is wrong. Leaving a 1 star review because i have questions/ shared a negative feedback does not mean im a lousy buyer. Also, your receipt just states rm540. It could have been anything u purchased. However i will not dispute
