Buyer took really long deal. More than 15 days. although we agreed on 25 and i accepted her offer, hence cannot back out. So eventually after the super long wait which caused me to lose out on other deals, I told her if it is not $30, we wouldn't deal. If you are not willing to pay, then you should have told me... not wait until trade is over then say.
