Show some faith in ur buyers bro. Do read my reviews first. Not everyone of us are out to scam u. And when I buy something from u, I expect it in entirety, not last min u tell me that u want to keep something that is necessary to install the washing machine. We already paid u the down-payment. And now we showing up to pick up the stuff we do not expect to be locked outside until we paid the rest!

Congenital liar. Claimed not to have said when my delivery guy (who has never lied to me before) told me blow by blow what has happened. Your maid told him that "we haven't made payment so cannot come in." Now said if I wanted the adapter I can, and that my delivery guy never take the adapter. Funny.

Very outrageous for you to say someone who is a liar base on that the delivery guy who pick up the machine is your friend.There is nothing wrong for my helper to stop a stranger from coming in when she is alone at home, and i don’t feel that is not right for me to collect the balance deposit before you dismantle and collect the washing machine. I sold this item is because I’m moving house why would keep this adapter. Offered to ask u to collect it if your guy forget to take and got say a liar!
