Very frustrating to deal with this buyer. Buyer accepted offer and agreed to make transfer payments before I mail out item. However, buyer did not for respond for days subsequently and kept delaying transfer for more than a week with no response or reason given before disappearing completely. DEAL DID NOT COMPLETE!

Buyer bargained i accepted and he/she made an offer. Said will trf by yesterday and was interested to deal. But no response whole of yesterday, cancelled on me today saying he/she was drunk and did not transfer yesterday and no response. 1. Do not BARGAIN and make an offer if you are not interested. 2.Do i want to deal with a DRUNK buyer? -NO. Reason for cancelling? No atm nearby. This is singapore, how inconvenient to get to an atm?
