Buyer knew all conditions by words and saw additional photos and with extra discount of 40+ books, and still complained about the existing known condition of items.

They are with heavy scratches and one of the book even have been teared off from the cover. I am generous enough to give her four stars before, however, the sellers is giving me a really bad return and doesn't tell the truth that she did not reveal any bad situation about the condition of the books. That's absolutely irresponsible.
