Absolute time waster. Negotiated, agreed a price, made 3 meeting times and failed to show every time. Then no response.

Made an offer and spoke as though he is definitely buying. Date, time and venue for meet up was all set and confirmed, but when the time comes he just goes MIA and responded eons later that he is not making the purchase.

Like most of the others here, this person did not reply to many attempts to be contacted after his bid was accepted. Utter waste of time and electrons.
