Very disappointed. The Funko Pop was wrapped only in paper with no proper box or protection, and arrived with the collectible box badly crushed. For collectors, the box is an important part of the item and affects its value. Even worse, after I contacted the seller about the damage, there was no response or even a simple apology. Very careless and unacceptable.
