Item was in great condition and the date and time for meet up was quickly discussed

Fickle minded seller who can't decide where she wants to meetup at and kept changing plans. I was slightly late to the meetup(which I did inform her beforehand that I was going to be late and she responded rudely and negatively) due to the last minute changes to location for meetup as well as the fact that it was raining heavily when I left my house, seller insisted on charging me $2 extra on the basis that I was late, even though this whole situation was caused due to her own incompetence

First of all, I told u I can't meet up with u as it is too far, second, I did not reply u rudely or negatively. Third, u said u would be half an hour late, but u were 45 minutes late and that's nearly an hour, and that is not slightly late. Fourth, I did not charge u $2 extra, don't spread lies. Next, u agreed to everything, so I shouldn't take all the blame. And how is this cause by my incompetence?
