Even the one star is too many. They completely wasted my time and effort to go to their storage location. I did my due diligence in asking questions about the condition of the product. But I didn't expect to find that product is completely unusable! There is no setting where my butt is not fully on the floor. Either fabric too stretched out or frame is wrong size. Either way - AVOID!
