Hello, i actually messaged you for a follow up but sineen mo lang and i no longer continue messaging a customer who is unresponsive kahit online naman. i am flexible with my customers as long as they are responsive but if i already sent a follow up and no response, that's as good as a joy reserver. and i agree, let's be kind to people we communicate here in the app.
