I already compromised by refunding half of your payment, which is more than fair. What exactly were you expecting for such a cheap price? It’s Zara, not some disposable top. The top is still wearable lol

13 天前（已編輯）what wouldve been fair is if you disclosed all the damage beforehand :) despite the fact thats its branded, with all the very noticeable damage (and the stain ew) and the fact that its satin means its basically unrepairable and unwearable. quality and ur service r not worth it cos u shipped it out sooo late also but didnt include that in the review. transparency will u get a long way next time :)
