Seller was nice. But, as soon as I notified him of some issues in the product, he became very defensive. Didn't want to take the item back and refund the money even though seller was notified within 2 days of the deal.. If seller believes the product was without any issues then should be prepared to take it back..

Apologies on the issues you faced after bringing it home but like I mentioned before, the earphones are barely 2months old and I had no issues with them at all! I tried my best to help you remedy the situation as well. Hopefully we can resolve such cases with more communication and transparency in the future!
