Agreed to offer price of buyer even if it’s lowball, and requested COD, which required me to pay for shipping first, and will be refunded after claim, but the buyer never claimed it, as i followed up she had so many excuses until she ghosted me altogether. the item was returned to sender, thus costing me valuable time and money
