Daniel is quite a responsible trainer. He responds quite quickly on WhatsApp to any fitness related queries and answers as many questions during the sessions. As a beginner will recommend him as a trainer!

Im not new to this gym thingy.. After the lockdown of gyms. I've decided to get back on track. So i thought lets give it a shot, so after contacted Danial. Im working shifts for years, and its tiring. But i was surprised, i didnt knw i've been tiring myself in the gym for ntg. All that gym memberships gone to waste. With proper training, you can TRIGGER the sweetspot, and resume work Tq bro

First time training with Danial. Being a woman, male PTs can make me feel uncomfortable and might be too touchy. But the training with Danial was comfortable and respectful. He also adjust the workout based on my level of fitness so its not as intimidating. Would definitely recommend to first timers who keen to try out PT!
