The freezer no light when the mover pick up, but in Carousell picture have light. Then in the post didn’t specify the missing pieces. Not a nice experience

Hi. There is on off button for light. Detailed photos taken to show the interior also, description was As IS for item. Your guys checked thoroughly before collection and got your permission to collect before proceeding. You can choose not to buy if not satisfied also. Your workers made a mess on my floor and I didn’t even claim. Now you sold the same item at double my price in As Is condition, item condition is 8/10 , well kept. You also did not indicate any missing parts in your sales Ad also.
