First time to experience a seller who doesn’t communicate well. She didn’t even show any gratitude when i thanked her. Long story short, i asked her if there is any flaws/stains on the dress that i bought and she told me that there are no flaws. And i received a dress with runs all over and a hole. And what did she respond when i complain about it? “Manage your expectations.”

I hope you'd consider refund of some sort-doesnt have to be a full refund. I think I just wasted a few thousands for something I thought I could use but really couldn't.

I informed you about the wattage and the need for transformer, numerous time. I didn't force you to buy my stuff, you were well informed. It is not my fault you cannot find a transformer. Don't put the blame on me. You got the item in perfect condition. Everything else is on you. Hence, no refund. Stop acting like you are a victim because you are not.
