I’m sorry that you’re disappointed. We all have to manage our expectations here at Carousell. My item was pre-loved and I did say it was worn out. I thought it was evident in the photos. That’s why I sold it for the price that I did. But no excuses on my end. My only suggestion is to maybe ask questions before you buy an item? Maybe that would help. Nevertheless, thank you.
