she had her son come get the item from me and he came despite the short notice which i think was very sweet of him - he also waited for me because it was raining very heavily and i needed to walk a longer way. buyer paid full price for the item and was generally quite polite, so i offered her a discount on her next purchase. very swift transaction, no fuss at all. :-)
