Make sure to settle on price first with this buyer. She never expressed any issue over chat then started haggling with my partner on arrival at my flat. I never would have wasted my time had I known she would behave like that.

It was never my intention to make you feel that way. If she had any objection to negotiating I would have immediately paid attention to it. Your partner and I had a very nice chat and there was no indication that anything was wrong. There was no offer made prior to the visit so I had thought the price was open for negotiation. I am very grateful to buy your chair and trust that if I had known she was uncomfortable at that point I would have addressed it.
