Paid for 2 items worth $40. Promised the item will reach him in a week, and will update me with a picture of him mailing out. No update after a week, no picture too. Until i chase after him after a week, then he said he mailed out. Still no picture. I trusted him so didn’t want to be pushy. 2 weeks passed, no initiative to update, after asking him again, he claims that item will reach a few days late. 3 weeks passed, went MIA, no response in chat. Careful guys, he’s untrustworthy.

Was told that the item was mailed weeks ago. But it never really came. Do not know if the Post Office lost it or the seller didn't mail out. Giving negative because was disappointed no actions or replies was carried out. Even though the item is a 5 dollar thing I feel that should take responsible or a little effort to show me that there's an apology. Just very sad and disappointed. Second bad experience in carousell
