Seller already accept my offer , was discussing details Seller cant wait too long to transfer,told her i can make another arrangement ,within 1 min still discussing she told me that sorry item is reserved and selling to the other buyer. Hw can it be when we are still discussing

Item delivered as not to described. Seller mentioned that the item is brand new with good condition. However, when I received it through mailing, it is not a brand new set. The Item is full of yellowish/dirty marks, usb cable has been used before, one red lamp cover/component is missing, etc. I did mention I am going to get this for a friend birthday but she didn't highlight the defect points during our chats. She is a dishonest seller; she just wanted to sell away her item. Not recommended.
