Hi, thanks for your feedback. I empathise that you have not received your item. But it is unjust to post a comment of being an irresponsible seller. I was very clear with my instructions that item will be via normal postage. If you required tracking service, you should have requested & paid additional for such registered postage. I also showed you picture of parcel with stamp and your address at the post office. There is indeed nothing much I could do. Unless you were expecting a refund?
