Great communication

I had a problem with a leaking toilet bowl and contacted Active Plumbing in the morning. They sent someone to assess in the afternoon and a team to remove and install a new toilet bowl by the same evening. Excellent and timely service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

There was a leak at the water tap to the washer. The plumber came within an hour to assess the situation and fix the problem. Well done!

I had a bad odour coming from my toilet and couldn't figure out where it was coming from. The plumbing team did an excellent job identifying the root cause and replacing the faulty part. They were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain the issue and the repair process. The workmanship was excellent, and the problem was resolved. Highly recommended!

We had an issue we are bad smell coming from our toilet that we couldn’t figure out. This plumber did an excellent job diagnosing the problem quickly and explaining what was causing the odour. He fixed it efficiently and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. The smell is completely gone, and the bathroom is fresh again! He was professional, in time, and left the area clean.

My false ceiling’s drainage pipe had some leakage issues I notified rickie & he quickly sent a worker to fix this issue and after that all was good. Like their quick response and now I'm very happy.

Mr. Jackie did a great job on resolving our issue drainage pipe leakage issue this was extremely concerning for us as it was spoiling our kitchen cabinets as well which cost us even more thankfully we found active plumber on carousell! Jackie arrived on time, straight away assessing the area and get to working. Everything was done professionally. Would easily recommend their services!

Got Louis to help with ceiling leak issue that was not solved despite engaging many contracted before team Acive Plumber until louis came as a saviour, He did a great job. Neat and tidy barely had to clean up after he was done. Good pricing and easy to schedule. Highly recommended!

Team Active Plumber are meticulous in their work, are highly skilled & professional and very well experienced & reasonably priced . Highly Recommended! Extremely pleased with the way the repair process turned out for my concealed pipe leakage which was like a nightmare for my family to deal with.
