3-hr inspection check on a newly TOP 98 sqm house done thoroughly by Matthew (engineer) and assisted by Angie. Brought their own tools (like ladder, flood light, tapping rod…). Assisted to go through defects with developer’s inspectors as well, which was helpful as I can check with Matthew on whether the defects are acceptable or not.
