Insincere buyer: offered, but not follow thru. I tried to arrange a meet time multiple times, buyer promised to confirm multiple times, but never does. I have initiated contact with buyer more than 6times and tried to accommodate by presenting multiple meet times and locations, but buyer does not confirm meet time. I've turned down 4 other potential buyers because I promised to sell to this buyer. Does not stick to word.
