Item was posted out much later than expected due to some matters therefore making it not arrive on the day I would like it to but I totally understand, so no worries. The Coconut shadow came broken, but I would give Abigail the benefit of the doubt and ascribe this to its own fragility and/or PosLaju's mishandling instead of the thin bubble wrap that was used to protect the items. Plus, it is a preloved item and I paid much less than the market price for it, so I'm largely cool with it. The brand new Love Bug lipstick arrived in perfect condition in the same parcel, though. As a seller, Abigail is friendly and courteous, and made sure I received my parcel.
