slow response & i need to ask an update first, worse customer service & they're even not say sorry.. this is why i oso slow response to them after receiving the item.. am really disappointed, bad experience ! ⚔️

Item was posted on the same day and free shipping was provided as well. Throughout the transaction, updates were given through Carousell chat and WhatsApp. Not sure which “customer service” buyer is referring to because this is a direct seller-to-buyer transaction on Carousell. Buyer also stopped replying after receiving the item and seemed unfamiliar with how Carousell payment release works. Still, item was delivered successfully in good condition.
