She paid less for registered postage, took a few days to transfer. Said she always pay 2 dollar for it only (the problem is mine doesn't include mailing and I charge her $3.5 and she said it's too ex.) So never mind. She just transfer $17 instead of $17.40 without asking if I'm OK. Yea it is only 40c diff but that is basic courtesy isnt it? When she received the item she feedback me neutral because I used 2 a4 papers as envelope. Well, OK.
