Buyers beware of hidden charges. Tried to charge $10 extra for what he calls "maintenance works", which was to fasten my door hinges. This was not disclosed beforehand. Was shocked and declined. He then proceeds making unnecessary comments on my gate so as to upsell other items. Found better quotes by other locksmith anyway and do not recommend anyone engaging his services.

buyer beware. locksmith coined the term "maintenance works" on the spot to justify charging an additional $10. the additional charge was not disclosed beforehand. additionally, when i challenged the "maintenance works" cost, he made unnecessary comments that were rude in order to upsell his other services. i also found his fee to be higher than market rate. buyers, please engage at your own risk.

accidently locked myself out of the roomm this morning. contacted Mr Kelvin and he arrived within an hour and within a minute my door was opened without any damage. so grateful for the fast response and assistance. highly recommended
