Item received doesn’t meet expected height 510mm. Shipped me white color arm instead of black and refused to refund initially. Asked me to pay for oneway re-delivery fee. Reported to carousell to take actions since Im not getting replies. Finally, agreed for full refund even though it takes longer time. Wasted much time and extra cash for shipping back the item. Good thing conversation is in chat.

You selected this model yourself, then wanted to negotiate the delivery fee to your advantage which we consented to offer you on the basis of goodwill. However, you couldn’t achieve what you wanted with the product and then we allowed you to refund a brand new item which you had opened and tried. You have to understand we will have to inspect a returned item to make sure it’s returned in good condition which takes time. Horrible experience for us too.
