didnt even help with logistic, choose the most problematic courier (jnt) to deal with and asked me to wait till the package smpai kat dia bru refund? While Im the one kept asking and calling the useless courier ?This is how you become a seller? Pls use carousell payment if dealing with this seller. Didnt even ask to choose what courier and just proceed with it. It’s unfair for my side

Issue settled. I made mcmc reports (kalau buat report jnt sampai kesudah tak bergerak parcel ye) thank you mcmc for your action👍🏻 and i already gave a full refund after the returned parcel reached me. Hopefully I won’t have to deal with impatient buyers like this again, requesting a full refund before the returned item even arrived and blaming the seller for J&T courier issues. A lesson learned for me too.
