This guy (as a buyer) has very bad attitude, kept asking for further discount even seller agreed for a reasonable price reduction. Worst thing was - he raised lots of further questions (I.e. didn’t ask before placing an offer) and refused to transact despite his offer had already been accepted by seller. Very unreliable buyer without integrity, extremely careful to deal with.
