Not someone that can be trusted, offered made and accepted, appt made but was cancelled on the day itself. Be very careful when dealing, highly suggest for deposit if you really keen, usual the buyer will tell you he only use cash, never trust as that's what happened to me.

Terrible buyer with no sense of responsibility. Had to postpone many times and buyer asked to postpone again 3 mins before meeting time when I was already at meeting location.
