Deal was smooth and easy

Buyer took weeks to check the parcel, then gave a 1-star rating without informing me of any issue. The item was properly bubble-wrapped and checked before shipping. Had they contacted me upon receiving it, I could’ve filed a delivery claim. I even gave a refund, but they ignored my messages and kept the item. Communication matters—sellers deserve fairness and respect too
