This seller was very slow to send me my book. She told me courier would pick up the ff day. Didn’t happen. I had to follow up with her for 5 days! She told me would send by Lalamove instead. I had to follow up 24 hours later bec still no action. I finally received the book tonight & I ended up spending more. Seller must be more proactive in advising the buyer updates if there is any delay.
