Beware of this “ merchant”advise everyone to steer clear of this one: cheap price for rubbish that doesn’t work. Wasting everyone’s time. Does not bother to check that the item is actually working or not. Save yourself time &!money & don’t buy from this person.
The cable is a sealed item. Buyer insist that I should have tested before sending him. Which is unreasonable cos if have done so it will be seen as a used product. I already explained to buyer that I will refund since he has issues and i don’t have stock left. He was highly unreasonable and rude. I have never encountered someone as rude as him before, beware of this account.

Bought this product based on the review, but seems to be fraud by seller by publishing the product is OEM product. The sound quality doesn't match with authentic airpod 2 and even the wired apple earpieces. They just making fool of customer by posting in review that full refund will be done if customer not satisfied with the product. Don't buy from this seller. Product is only first copy not OEM.

We met up with the buyer to check the AirPods Pro as buyer claimed issues with mic when calling. We clarified and tested the mic right infront of him. Everything worked perfectly fine. Buyer was just being indecisive and doesn’t want it anymore tried making excuses just to get a refund. Hoping that buyer would not make baseless claims as we have tried to accommodate to buyers requests. P.S we did not specify anything about refunds.
