Great first muay thai with coach kush. Had my first Muay thai training session today, and honestly, it was an amazing experience! The training was challenging, but coach kush were very supportive and made sure everything was explained properly. Definitely felt the burn, but it was worth every drop of sweat. The atmosphere was great, the training was intense, and i learned a lot in one session.
