Very unsophisticated and rude. A unreasonable lowballer buyer. Bad experience 👎🏿

The worst seller ever! Her name is Rowena Lau. Very irresponsible. I already paid the product on August 9, but she is very irresponsible to inform me ahead of time that she cannot mail it right away. She kept me waiting for a week August 18,to inform that she cannot mail my item because she was overseas, and she told me she can only mail it on the last week of August. I asked for a refund, but she says she can only refund me but have to deduct 90c because she already packed my item with stamp.😡
