Do not trust this seller. She sold me a laptop that could not start and claimed that the charger is lost. She agreed full refund in the event the laptop is not working. A got a charger and try to start up this Laptop and it's not working. When tried to contact her as she agreed for a full refund, she seems to avoid my calls and messages. Very very disappointed and frustrated with this seller. I've reported this matter to Carousell.
