Hi, as mentioned this was my first time dealing on the platform. Your proposal included me personally sending the item across to your house. I believe I reserved the right to decline your offer and choose a better offer which gave me higher price and did a pick up. Anyhow I did apologise for the inconvenience cause however you proceeded to yell at me over the phone as you were dissatisfied.
