The seller was very responsive regarding the delayed item I purchased. They took quick action and even arranged a special delivery to ensure I received it as soon as possible, despite the high delivery cost. Really appreciate the effort and commitment. Highly recommended!

Just to clarify, I was in overseas and overlooked your messages. Didn’t have time to check carousell inbox. By the time I wanted to send out the parcel to you, carousell already blocked my acc. And I’ve sent the item to u already :)
