Above and beyond

very friendly, they give proper techniques and safety during training, they breakdown the move slowly so it will be easier and is very helpful.they are also very flexible with the timing given.

Nice and friendly people! Knows their stuff really well, proper techniques and safe training and they are able to an easy breakdown of the moves making it easy to understand and execute! Will definitely recommend 👍👍👍
