The item was returned to me few days latrr. The buyer expecting brand-new quality, despite being aware that it’s a used watch. He has traits of joy buyer & difficult to deal.

Seller embellished his follow up. The fitbit charge 5 won't charge amidst depleting battery. While I accept cosmetic issues for a second hand item but cant/won't tolerate a functionally faulty item which will be useless to me. All this aside I commend the seller for accepting the return and repaying me. I went on to buy another fitbit from another seller which functionally works well and am happy. Perhaps you would want to check your item thoroughly before posting it.
