Bought Makita charger and battery from this seller and opt for delivery. item arrived in drink carton box without any protection. and the battery came with scratches. doesn't look new.

Did not ask for any discount. Big lie. Paid what the seller quoted.I bought Makita battery from other seller without any scratches.Yes seller did state I could return, but my location is so far away from his business.too much hassle hence I gave up returning and live with it. my 3 star review is for the poor protection and scratches.seller's follow up review is just plain sour. 😂

Fuzziest buyer ever encountered. Asking for discount and expecting the battery to be scratch free. Batteries need to be charged and tested before selling. Asked him to return the battery if doesnt suit his display shelf, yet end up decided to keep. Buyer too cheapo that cant even afford to pay courier for return. Should have told me so that i will pay for return courier. 😅 batteries are meant to be use and abuse. Not to display and admire.
