She say there is no defect and professionally laundry it, the looks is like in the photo, but the reality is there is a lot of defect/stain. She offer $20 return and i want to bargain the return to $50 or pay the proffesional laundry fee. But, she tell that we threat her. In the end we tell her that we will accept her $20, but there is no response from her until now. It is a bad experience.

Nightmare! I have a 5*track record for the past 3yrs here, sold very good things, even valuables. This couple lowballed me after a 70% off, found a lower priced item, demanded a return refund & even tried to extort me into paying double a pro cleaners price for a listed "Like New" cot. We did meet-up, they checked the item! My listing was clear with photos n condition, this is a preloved product, never used yet they claim defects! Utterly unfair to tamper n backpedal after finding a cheaper deal
