Very satisfied with the service by Mr Lee. Texted around 1.15PM to arrange to open and replace my letterbox as I had an important document but lost the key. Was given an estimation time around 3-5PM but I requested if possible to come earlier than would be much appreciated. Next thing I know, managed to settle everything by 2pm. Very prompt in communication and service. So happy! Thank you!!😊

Perfectly amazing. fast hassle free, DEFINITELY will highly recommend to anyone. wah! super impress 👏 basically I lost my letterbox keys during renovation, I was pretty worried bcoz majority of the locksmith require owner to be present during change of lock, wah ! but this is so good, he just change and put the new key in a secret place at my unit ... simply bestest of best. EFFICIENT
