Seller claimed the bag was “lightly used” with no scratches, but after paying $500 I found heavy wear, interior snags, and a prominent tear not disclosed. When raised, he dismissed me that I am being fussy, admitted he doesn’t check after each use, and said “no resolve needed.” Misrepresentation—buyers, deal with caution.

Nice. Before meet up we discuss a little on the condition of the bag, explained that I used a few times and indeed a few times. After you considering for sometime, offered me $500 for a pre owned used backpack. I agreed to your offer and even arrange to meet up with you to physically check the bag right in front of me. After check and you said ok to proceed and transfer me money for the deal. However after I left, you nitpick so much about the bag condition ?

The item was exactly as described, and I couldn't be happier! It's rare to find a seller who is so accurate and honest in their listings.
