Seller was friendly and responsive, and was honest enough to tell me the flowers have all wilted and asked if I wanted a refund after I made payment. Wilted flowers are understandable because of the nature of the Hibiscus plant so I still took the plant anyway. The leaves were droopy possibly because of watering issues but I also discovered later that the plant was infested with aphids. :(
