Buyer complained that a lightbrick was broken after he has brought home and opened the set. Requested that I write to Lego seeking a recourse despite having alr written a request himself, as he claims he had written to Lego abt other damages before & was rejected. Declined his req as Lego shldnt make a judgment based on who the complainant is but the issue. Not sure brick is fr my sold set too.
