Buyer did not consider the fact that its a preorder and assumed .The eta is estimated for a reason and nobody has control over it especially if buyer opted for normal shipping from supplier side to seller. As a seller i have advised customer to opt for express shipping if she wants it on time but buyer ignored.I would update you everytime there's a change in delivery status but there is nth to update you bcos supplier had no update till recently.My sincere apologies and hope you like your item
